Scope

This policy applies to all Āagman platform subscriptions, including access to backtesting, screening, charting, research, and analytics tools.

No Cancellation

All subscriptions are final for the entire billing period purchased. We do not offer mid-term cancellations. If you do not wish to continue beyond your current billing cycle, you must disable auto-renewal before the next billing date. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time.

No Refunds

All subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. This includes:

Monthly and annual subscription charges

Promotional or discounted plan payments

Upgrade fees

One-time setup or onboarding charges

There are no exceptions for partial use, non-use, change of mind, or failure to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing date.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is turned off in your Account Settings. You are responsible for managing your renewal preferences. Charges for renewed periods are non-refundable.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access with 7 days' prior notice for violations of our Terms of Service or non-payment. No refund will be issued in the event of termination for cause.

Disputes

Contact our Grievance Officer, Amit Kumar, at amit@kotilabs.com with your ticket reference. We aim to resolve within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or arbitration per our Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product or pricing changes. Material updates will be notified via email or in-app at least 15 days before taking effect.
