These Terms govern your use of Āagman, a platform operated by Koti Labs Private Limited. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy.
By creating an account you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and legally able to trade in Indian securities.
Koti Labs Private Limited is (i) a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA, INA000021951) and (ii) an NSE-empanelled algo provider (provisional, Whitebox; NSE Circular Ref. 40/2026 (3 Jun 2026)).
Koti Labs Private Limited is NOT a stock broker, depository participant, or Research Analyst. Under SEBI's retail-algo framework, your broker is the principal and Koti Labs Private Limited acts as the broker's agent in routing algo orders.
Analyses, screeners, backtests, strategies and Gems are data-grounded information, not personalised investment advice or a recommendation unless explicitly delivered through a contracted RIA advisory engagement. You are responsible for your own decisions and for assessing suitability.
Strategies provided are execution (Whitebox) algorithms — their logic is disclosed to you and is replicable. They are not black-box algos and are not research reports.
Trading in securities, derivatives and commodities carries substantial risk of loss.
Past and backtested performance is hypothetical and does not guarantee future results.
Automated execution carries technology, connectivity, latency and market-volatility risks.
A kill-switch and risk gates exist but do not eliminate loss.
You authorise the Platform to place, modify and cancel orders in your own broker account via the broker's API, using a unique vendor-client API key, a whitelisted static IP, OAuth and two-factor authentication.
You are responsible for safeguarding your broker credentials and for all orders placed in your account.
All algo orders are tagged with an exchange-assigned unique algo ID for audit. You consent to the sharing of order and algo data among Koti Labs Private Limited, your broker and the exchange as required by law.
All Platform subscription charges, and any fee or brokerage-sharing arrangement with your broker, are disclosed to you (per SEBI). There are no undisclosed charges.
Contact our Grievance Officer first; unresolved complaints may be escalated to SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) and the SMART ODR portal (smartodr.in). Algo-trading (execution) grievances are handled by your broker once onboarded. See the Grievance Redressal section below.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Koti Labs Private Limited is not liable for trading losses, broker, exchange or third-party outages, or data inaccuracies. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with seat at Bengaluru, Karnataka, and SEBI-prescribed arbitration / online dispute resolution where applicable.
These Terms may change; material changes will re-prompt acceptance at next login, and the version you accepted is recorded. This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000; your acceptance constitutes agreement.
